contemporaries in the name of progress, have lost touch completely with nature. Our only
Provider on Earth? And we don’t
respect it.
The International Day of the World’s
Indigenous Peoples takes place annually
on August 9th to celebrate them and their
Knowledge. This day highlights their
Rights to make their own decisions and
carry them out in ways that are meaningful
and culturally appropriate to them.
Our ancestry, who indeed had conquered
the World? The genius, Indigenous Peoples.
Roots lovely roots, the endemics, original
Mamas and Papas, grounded by traditions,
cultural and spiritual beliefs, with an immense
reverence for our beloved mother nature.
It is with some kind of awareness, that it
is a long due time, for the modern
and contemporary nations to recognise
the original protectors for their genuine strengths and resilience, that they try
with the best of their abilities, to preserve
lawfully their ancients’ beliefs.
As the quote mentioned, property is theft.
Are we not from the same blood and human
genus? Alas. The world’s so-called nations?
With their laws to make a better world?
We all agree to disagree!
In 1993, the United Nations General
assembly declared a yearly international day
for Indigenous Peoples.
Oral, written, digital chronicles will be still there
at the end-of-times? Are all humanities
going to survive the climate change?
Shout-out to the original protectors
Residence and awareness that we are
only guests on Mother Earth.
A poem of celebrations.
Indeed, genius people, congratulations.
Voluntary and firmly chose isolation,
from the World industrialisation of Stated Nations, for natural liberation.
Unity of oral traditions from Aeons,
Beliefs of rooted seasons,
In agreement to survival
their distinguished habitat, original.
Their Roots so lovely Roots,
sustaining the respect of the Land,
Resilient Ancestry on foot,
The fauna and flora at Hand.
Their status, alive and kicking,
survival of the fittest, knowledge,
the Rivers and the forests on edge
the right of the collective affirming.
Their distinct culture and way of life,
Undead language ever preserved,
their Human rights and strife,
no vulnerability but protection to be served.
The recognition of the international community, a kind of respect for their
fellows, protection and awareness
to infinity, day-in,day-out,
Ancestry flows.
This International recognition day,
Commemorations of firmly traditions,
Guardians of their natural ways,
Beneath the remains of untainted generations.
