With deep respect and obeisance, I offer a salute to all humans and other sentient beings, who have suffered displacement in their lives due to politics, wars and or natural causes – from infants, to children, to parents, to grandparents and beyond. I embrace your pain, salute your resilience and your indomitable spirit.
It is an absolute honour to be accepted to join the Listen Up! team at this wonderful organisation - Groundswell - in London. Having been previously involved with Groundswell in 2016, who partnered with the Pavement magazine as part of the From the|Ground Up project [also funded by Comic Relief] it is awesome to be joining the Listen Up! project. Being a Londoner and previously having experienced homelessness, I come to Groundswell via Emmaus in South London. I look forward to being part of the team, rejoining and working with some of my previous colleagues on this project.
